How ice cream is custom-made at Cold Rock:

STEP 1: The ice cream of your choice is laid out on a frozen rock.  (That white is actually very thick snow)

STEP 2: The topping of your choice is placed in the middle of the ice cream.  In this case, Jon chose cookie dough.

STEP 3: The topping and the ice cream are mixed together through chopping...

STEP 4: ... and mixing.

STEP 5: And voila!  You have a custom-made ice cream.

It really doesn't get much better than this!
